Terms and Conditions:
- All provisions of the executive instructions for the sale and after-sales service of tires and tubes included in the documentation and rules section of the irangs.ir system are complied with.
- Tires supplied by this company, whether manufactured or imported, are guaranteed by the company for 5 years from the date of production.
- The tubes supplied by this company, whether manufactured or imported, are guaranteed by the company for 3 years from the date of production.
- To compensate for damaged products, please present this card to representatives of this company throughout the country. After inspection by company experts and confirmation of the manufacturing defect and the inherent defect of the tire/tube in accordance with the damaged tire regulations, compensation or replacement will be paid after deducting the amount of use.
Items not covered by warranty:
- Damage caused by driving with low air pressure and punctures, excessive speed, overloading, hitting obstacles, contact with chemicals, and using non-standard rims.
- Disintegration of the rim area due to burns caused by the wheel hub heating up (due to repeated braking or the wheel hub being bent)
- One-sided wear caused by misalignment of the axles
- Using mismatched tires on the same axle in terms of size, tread depth, and tire tread pattern type

- Damage to the collar area due to non-standard ringing
- Tires that have been repaired or retreaded by the consumer.
- Tires with remaining tread less than the TWI index (this index is 1.6 mm for passenger tires)
